?At least 5 years’ work experience in similar capacity position;
?Master knowledge of safety production laws and regulations.
?Master drilling and completion technology;
?Have the ability to organize and manage drilling, well completion operations;
?Having the ability to management materials and equipment;
?Having the ability to deal with the down hole complication;
?Having the ability of operating a computer to meet the requirement of work.
·Language proficiency requirements
?Able to conduct professional dialogue and technical communication;
?Able to write operation instruction，daily report and drilling technical summary and report;
?Good written and communication skills in English.
·Certificate requirements
?International health certificate
?Valid IADC/IWCF well control Certificate-Supervisor Level.
?H2S safety
?First aid & fire fighting.
崗位職責
The duties assigned will be varied; these will include but not be limited to the following:
lWork under the leadership of the Drilling Superintendent and be responsible to the drilling superintendent;
在鉆井總監領導下工作，向鉆井總監負責；
lTimely report to the drilling superintendent for major situations and problems; Important measures in operation can only be implemented with the consent of the drilling superintendent;
重大情況和問題要及時向鉆井總監匯報請示；生產中的重要措施，必須經鉆井總監同意后，方可實施；
lResponsible for completing the drilling daily reports, preparing the drilling engineering completion report, and reporting them on time;
負責填寫鉆井日報，編寫鉆井工程完井報告，保證數據資料的準確、真實、齊全，并按時上報；
lTo participate in the qualification examination of sub-contractor and service personnel;
參與服務單位和服務人員的資格審查；
lGive comments on the working attitude and work quality of all sub-contactors of the wellsite and report to the drilling superintendent;
對平臺各單位人員工作態度與工作質量提出評議意見，向鉆井總監匯報；
lOrganizing the preparation of drilling material delivery plan, check and verify the delivery situation of the drilling materials;
負責組織審核鉆井器材的送井計劃，檢查鉆井器材的到井情況；
lResponsible for the collection, sorting and analysis of relevant drilling engineering data, complete the finial drilling report, drilling technical summary;
負責有關鉆井工程資料的收集、整理與分析，編寫完工報告和技術總結；
lAssist the drilling superintendent in the management of safety, quality, progress and budget control ;
協助鉆井總監做好安全、質量、進度和成本的控制；
lWorked with drilling superintendent on time-sharing duty and dealt with operation technical issues;
與鉆井總監分時值班，處理生產技術問題；
lResponsible for checking the actual consumed amount of drilling tools and materials，reporting the results to the drilling superintendent；
負責核對鉆井器材的實際使用量，并將結果報鉆井總監；
lResponsible for submitting finial drilling reports and other data that need to be archived to the project engineer；
負責向項目工程師提交鉆井工程完井報告和其它需要存檔的資料；
Accomplishing the relevant missions from the Drilling Superintendent and Operation Management Center.
